Dalkia have a full-time, permanent opportunity for a Client Interface Manager at our Sizewell C site based near Leiston.


Working collaboratively with the client teams to review internal new and existing buildings on Sizewell C estate, you will be responsible for being an interface between Dalkia and the client, Sizewell C. You will ensure that the facilities provide a safe and secure environment that enables the client's staff to concentrate on their business activities.


You will be an integral part of the site management team in ensuring that the Sizewell C properties are delivered, and operational in a timely manner, assisting the Sizewell C operational teams with all infrastructure requirements as the contract progresses.


Duties:

 

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the client interfaces.
  • Manage clients, interface from inception to completion.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve interface issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive interface documentation.
  • Monitor interface performance and implement improvements as needed.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers for interface-related matters.
  • Prepare and present interface performance reports to management.
  • Assist in the development of interface-related policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with move labour, Space Planner and the Facilities operations Manager.
  • Plan and Communicate all Scheduled moves
  • Provide operational and procedural support to ensure projects are executed in accordance with established departmental, building, and client means, methods, and procedures
  • Support one-off relocations and office set-ups for client new hires and terminations
  • Support all requests for end user moves
  • Managing all queries from both internal and external customers and clients through to conclusion.


Qualifications or Required Experience:

 

  • Significant experience in interface management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of interface protocols.
  • Proficiency in integration methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with interface documentation and training.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in interface management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements.
  • Must have high I.T. skills in Microsoft office 365 package suit
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work well without supervision
  • Clean Driving License
