Location: Sizewell C, Leiston, Suffolk (4 days onsite)
Contract: 2-year fixed-term contract, 37 hours per week
Salary: £70,000- £80,000 depending on experience, plus benefits.
Benefits:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Campus Accommodation & Amenities Mobilisation Manager to play a key role in delivering one of the most important workforce facilities on the Sizewell C project.
 

Reporting to the Facilities Management Lead, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering the mobilisation of a brand-new accommodation and amenities campus that will support up to 2,400 workers. You will lead the transition from construction handover through to full operational readiness, ensuring the facility is safe, compliant and ready to deliver an exceptional customer experience from day one.
 

What You'll Be Doing
 

Lead the mobilisation and operational readiness of a large-scale workforce accommodation facility.
Coordinate accommodation services, catering, facilities management, utilities, communications, IT systems and customer services.
Manage commissioning, handover and go-live activities.
Work closely with contractors, suppliers and stakeholders to integrate all operational services into a seamless operating model.
Drive workforce wellbeing through the delivery of high-quality accommodation and amenity services.
Monitor risks, programme milestones and operational readiness activities to ensure successful delivery.
 

What We're Looking For

 
You'll bring experience in mobilising or operating large-scale accommodation, hospitality, residential, facilities management or similar operational environments.
 

You'll also have:
 

Strong project management and operational readiness experience.
Experience supporting major infrastructure, construction or complex operational programmes.
Knowledge of facilities management, supplier management and service mobilisation.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Strong planning, problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
Experience working within regulated or highly controlled environments.
 

Desirable
 

Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, Project Management or Operational Readiness qualification.
IOSH, NEBOSH or similar compliance qualification.
Experience within nuclear, defence, construction, energy or major infrastructure sectors.
Knowledge of CAFM, accommodation management or property management systems.
