CWP Risk Manager (Sizewell C)

Location: Based in Suffolk / London
Contract: Permanent, full-time.
Salary: Competitive dependant on experience, plus benefits
Benefits include:
Annual Leave: 28 days per annum, increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service, plus bank holidays.
Bonus: 5% annual bonus.
Pension Contributions: Defined Contribution Pension Scheme with up to 7.5% employee contribution 15% employer contribution.

About the Role
Sizewell C is a nationally significant nuclear new-build project, playing a critical role in the UK’s low-carbon future. The Civil Works Programme (CWP) represents one of the largest and most complex elements of the project, covering major earthworks, concrete, and enabling infrastructure.
We are seeking an experienced CWP Risk Manager to support the successful delivery of the Civil Works Programme through robust risk identification, analysis, and mitigation.
About You
Demonstrable experience in risk management on major civil or infrastructure programmes
Strong understanding of construction delivery models and CWP structures
Experience within nuclear, energy, or other highly regulated environments preferred
Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Proficient in risk tools and methodologies (qualitative and quantitative)
