Business Change Lead

Rates: £350 PAYE to £475 UMBRELLA per day

 

Contract: Temporary/Contract, 40 hours per week 

 

Location: Based in Suffolk with site travel requirements, 3 days per week office-based at SZC Site, Suffolk, flexible working arrangement

 

 

Job responsibilities

 

  • Manage multiple Business Change workstreams across programmes
  • Quality assure Business Change deliverables
  • Provide oversight on digital partner activities
  • Manage external Business Change resources
  • Ensure robust Business Case benefits identification
  • Report Business Change performance
  • Mentor and line manage junior resources

 


Qualifications/Experience

 

  • 5+ years managing business change in IT environments
  • Proven ability to influence at all organizational levels
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience coordinating change across multiple programmes
  • Ability to coach junior resources
  • Degree or equivalent
  • ACPM or CMI membership
  • Prosci or APMG Change Management certification
  • Desirable: Experience in nuclear, energy, construction, or manufacturing
