Location: London, Sizewell C -office
Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite
Salary: £32000 - £35,000 per annum
Holiday: 28 days + bank holidays (rising to 30 after 5 years)
Pension: Up to 15% employer contribution
Bonus : 5%
Closing Date: Sunday 10th May


About the Role
 

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to support Sizewell C in achieving its transformation objectives. You will play a key role in understanding business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping to implement effective, data‑driven solutions.


Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will ensure requirements are accurately captured, documented, and translated into actionable deliverables. You will support the Strategy & Business Performance team by turning data and processes into meaningful insights that drive transformation, performance monitoring, and informed decision‑making. Working closely with the Governance & Business Performance lead, Project Managers and Senior Project Managers, you will support the transition of projects into BAU, define requirements, identify gaps, and embed process improvements across the organisation.


Key Responsibilities 

 
• Conduct business analysis activities with SMEs and multi‑disciplinary teams across one or more projects or programmes.
• Adopt and apply process‑mapping standards, tools, and templates.
• Prepare business cases to support informed decision‑making.
• Provide accurate analysis and insights to support corporate transformation and performance initiatives.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, process maps, and recommendations.
• Support data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement.
• Update and validate procedures, policies, and processes as the business matures.
• Embed new ways of working related to documentation governance.
 

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience


Essential Skills

 
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualisation (Excel, Power BI, or equivalent).
• Understanding of transformation frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with high attention to detail.
 

Essential Qualifications & Experience
 

• Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role within corporate operations, transformation, or a regulated environment.
 

Desirable
 

• Professional BA qualification (BCS, IIBA, or equivalent).
• Experience in the energy, infrastructure, or nuclear sectors.
