We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Apprenticeship Delivery Specialist to join our Employment Affairs Unit (EAU). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about apprenticeships, early careers and skills development to play a key role in shaping the future workforce of one of the UK's largest infrastructure projects.


Working closely with our Skills Development Lead, contract partners, training providers and apprentices themselves, you'll help deliver apprenticeship programmes that support attraction, retention, wellbeing and successful completion outcomes across the project.


This is a highly visible role that combines project coordination, stakeholder engagement, event delivery, apprenticeship support and programme improvement. We're looking for someone who brings energy, credibility and a genuine passion for helping apprentices thrive.

What You'll Be Doing


• Supporting the delivery of Sizewell C's apprenticeship and skills commitments across the project
• Acting as a key point of contact for apprenticeship related matters across the supply chain
• Coordinating activity within the Apprentice and Skills Hub and supporting high quality events and engagement programmes
• Managing apprenticeship wellbeing initiatives and supporting apprentice retention and success
• Building strong relationships with contractors, colleges, training providers and internal stakeholders
• Supporting apprenticeship reporting, data management and compliance requirements
• Leading apprenticeship forums, communications and promotional campaigns
• Coordinating apprenticeship projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the Employment Affairs Unit.


What We're Looking For
 

Essential Experience & Skills
 

•  Strong experience in supporting, managing or coordinating apprenticeship programmes previously
• Strong understanding of apprenticeship reforms and the apprenticeship levy
• Excellent face to face communication and relationship building skills
• Experience engaging and influencing a wide range of stakeholders
• Ability to coordinate projects, priorities and deadlines effectively
• Strong organisational, administrative and analytical skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Understanding of how apprentices are utilised within construction, engineering or large operational environments
• A proactive, people focused approach with the confidence to engage large groups and deliver presentations.
 

Desirable Experience
 

• Experience within major projects, infrastructure, construction or engineering environments
• Project management experience or qualifications
• Event management and coordination experience
• Experience developing and delivering skills or learning programmes
• Experience designing digital content, communications or engagement materials
• Knowledge of apprenticeship wellbeing or safeguarding processes.
 

Education & Qualifications
 

• A completed Level 4 or Level 5 apprenticeship is essential
• Candidates who have personally progressed through an apprenticeship route are particularly encouraged to apply.
