Administration Support Officer (Sizewell C)

Job Responsibilities 


- Employee lifecycle administration
- GDPR compliance, confidentiality and secure handling of personal data
- Conducting presentations to new-starters during their Induction
- Recruitment and onboarding support
- BPSS, SIA and workforce compliance administration
- Training and induction coordination
- HR case administration and minute taking for formal and informal meetings
- Occupational Health referral administration
- Payroll and employee query support
- Personnel file and HR record management
- Workforce data, spreadsheets and reporting
- Client sustainability and social value reporting
- Employee communications, newsletters and memos
- Attending recruitment events and employment initiatives
- General HR and management administrative support


Educational Requirements/Qualifications


- Proficient in Maths, English and IT.
- Preferred Experience
- Experience of working within a busy office environment
- At least 2 years Administration Background


Skills and abilities


- Good liaison abilities
- Identifying customer needs during service deliver

- Highest levels of integrity, respectfulness and professionalism required at all times.
- Open, trusting and in the spirit of mutual support, especially when dealing with conflicts of interests.
- An engaging and proactive 'can do' attitude where successes and failures are shared.

Professional Qualifications/Memberships


- Business Administration Level 2 (Desirable but not essential)
- Ability to pass and hold National Security Clearance Vetting

- Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities and adapt to a changing environment
- Effective decision making and sound judgement skills
- Strong interpersonal skills - building trust and support
- Excellent communication skills - written and oral
- Competent IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
- Adherence to company policies & operating procedures
