Opportunity for a Site Supervisor (Sizewell C) working with Tru 7 on the Sizewell C Project,


Main Duties:

 

  • Lead and oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with operational project requirements and safety regulations.
  • Manage sites, ensuring all work is carried out according to drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct subcontractor compliance audits and manage direct workforce, agency operatives, and subcontractors.
  • Attend pre-start meetings, progress reviews, and client meetings & completing daily paperwork
  • Ensure all Method Statements and Risk Assessments are compliant and signed for all workforces.
  • Conduct Toolbox Talks and maintain high safety and environmental standards.
  • Coordinate material and plant requisitions, ensuring site equipment meets regulations.
  • Manage labour requirements, liaising with management to adjust workforce levels as needed.
  • Monitor and control project efficiency.
  • Provide advice and support on work methods.


Qualifications/Experience:

 

  • Strong IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication.
  • Background in construction and civils ideally

  • Full, valid UK driving licence.
  • Sizewell Inducted essential
  • CSCS card.
  • SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
  • First Aid at Work qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant site experience.
