As a Resourcing Advisor within the Civil Works Alliance - an alliance between leading Tier 1 industry contractors - you'll join a close-knit internal recruitment team of four. Reporting to the Senior Resourcing Advisor, your primary responsibility will be supporting recruitment efforts for white-collar roles across a range of disciplines including commercial, procurement, HSE, logistics, civil engineering, and finance.

You'll play a key role in developing talent pipelines, driving recruitment efficiency, and contributing to a streamlined hiring process. The position offers hybrid flexibility, allowing you to split your time between the Ipswich Project Office and remote working.


Key Responsibilities

- Source high-quality candidates through direct recruitment channels to meet project requirements.
- Provide expertise in talent sourcing, selection and the creation of talent pipelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiencies and processes.
- Support the Senior Recruitment Advisors by managing a high-volume, multi-disciplinary vacancy portfolio while empowering and educating hiring managers to meet recruitment needs.
- Assist with managing and publishing a high-volume of job advertisements across multiple job boards  
- Maintain and enhance recruitment systems, supporting ongoing digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop and promote an effective employment brand and Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
- Contribute to supporting and advancing our diversity and inclusion agenda.


Qualifications 

- Proven experience in permanent recruitment, ideally within construction, engineering, technical, or energy


Experience 

- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume vacancy portfolio, ideally suited for someone with an agency or RPO
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to pre-emptively address potential challenges.
- Quick to establish trusted, collaborative relationships with hiring managers.
- Confident and adaptable in a start-up environment, where processes are still evolving.
- A collaborative and solutions-focused mindset with a drive to continuously improve.
