Project Manager (Sizewell C)

Main Duties:


Progressing design from RIBA 2 to RIBA 4 and gaining all necessary statutory sign offs
Compiling a comprehensive tender pack including designer novations to the contractor
Running a contractor tender process at RIBA 4
Managing Programme, Cost, Design Compliance and Quality throughout the construction period, alongside SZC commercial resource and retained client monitoring design consultants
Manage Client & Contractor change throughout the construction period
Manage internal SZC customers to ensure they understand what they are getting and when
Monitor contractor performance against the SZC metrics and also Planning Conditions Sign off, Building Control, design etc.
Manage handover process and training of the Client team
Manage internal reporting for project
Manage SZC team of commercial, planning, design, H&S, PD etc


Requirements:


Degree Qualified or Equivalent
Running Client side construction projects from RIBA 2 through to project completion
Experience in Cut and Carve and Fit out projects (ideally maintenance facilities but not essential).
Understanding of Mechanical and Electrical installations (Basics only, supported by M&E design team)
Experience JCT and NEC contracts
