About the Role
This is not just another Plant Supervisor job this is a chance to be part of one of the UK's biggest and most important infrastructure projects: Sizewell, a next‑generation nuclear power facility that will play a major role in the UK's clean energy future.
As a key member of our onsite team, you'll support the safe, efficient and compliant running of our batching operations, ensuring high‑quality concrete production for critical nuclear construction works. You'll directly contribute to a project that will shape UK energy for decades to come an oportunity rarely available in our industry.

Production & Quality
Accurately batch concrete to approved systems, processes and technical standards.
Maintain constant communication with the Production Manager to ensure adequate stock levels and material availability.
Conduct visual inspections of raw materials, reconcile stock weekly, and submit daily/weekly/month-end stock reports.
Customer Service & Communication
Handle customer enquiries professionally and courteously, maintaining a high company image.
Support production planning and scheduling to meet customer needs.
Liaise with contractors, office teams and other partners to ensure high-quality output and service delivery.
Plant Operations & Maintenance
Operate the batching plant effectively
Conduct and oversee routine plant maintenance, ensuring equipment, buildings and surrounding areas are clean and compliant.
Report defects or issues that may affect health & safety, environmental compliance, product quality or service.
Teamwork & Site Management
Maintain strong working relationships with third parties and contractors.
Protect site security at all times.
Seek guidance from the Production Manager or Project Lead for matters outside the role's authority.
Carry out additional duties as required.

Additional Information
Working Hours: 39 per week (Mon-Thu: 8 hrs, Fri: 7 hrs)
Accommodation: £1,143.34 allowance for those living 50+ miles from Sizewell
Overtime: Paid for all hours worked beyond contracted hours
Shift Rate: Enhanced pay for shift working
Additional Requirements: DBS checks; Drugs & Alcohol testing
No Qualifications Required as Full Training will be provided
You don't need prior experience; we will provide full training and ongoing development. What matters is a proactive approach, a strong safety mindset and a desire to learn and grow.
