Train4All is seeking an experienced and motivated Learning & Development Coordinator to support the apprenticeship team within the construction and engineering departments. 

 

Person Specification

 

We are looking for someone with:

 

  • Strong numeracy, literacy, and Microsoft IT skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Experience working with candidates, contractors, and employers
  • Knowledge of the construction and engineering sector
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
