Individual purpose:
- To manage and grow the Adnams 'On Trade' customer base in the region.
- Responsible for managing all aspects of the customer relationship and strengthening customer loyalty to Adnams.
- To exceed budgeted sales, distribution, account retention, volume and targeted sales goals for Adnams product mix across all customers.
- To build relationships with National channel area managers covering the region and support all Adnams stockists.
- To embrace the use of technology to communicate and present to customers wherever possible.
- Communicate current and future Brand Plans to enthuse customers ensuring increased awareness and sales.
- To have an informed and constant understanding of all elements of the UK 'On Trade' market.
- Work closely with the Brand Team to ensure our brands have maximum exposure within the region.
Core responsibilities:
- To ensure the customer experience consistently exceeds expectations by delivering the highest levels of service.
- Resolving all customer issues, queries and requests quickly and in full.
- Achieve targeted sales goals for Adnams product mix, while ensuring all company objectives are met regarding the brand, throughputs, customer retention and credit control.
- Embracing technological advancements to enhance remote communication and our service to all customers.
- Update CRM daily to report all contact with customers.
- Monthly journey planning to cover all National customers in the region.
- Provide comprehensive and accurate weekly reports.
Knowledge & Experience
- Exceptional Key Account Management skills with the ability to develop good customer relationships
- Effective communication style - written and verbal.
- High standards of sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of UK On Trade.
- Self-disciplined and self-motivated
- Effective time management, planning and setting key objectives
- Awareness of the wider marketplace and competitors
- Commercial acumen.
- Strong presentation skills.
- A team player
- Values lead
