Opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager (Jeumont, France) working with Mactech on the Hinkley Point C Project,


Based in Jeumont, France min of 4 days per week
Full time Long term
£415 - £580 per day (Dependent on pay route)


Main Duties : 

 

  • Manage internal and external project interfaces
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify potential risks
  • Manage technical elements of procurement processes
  • Drive implementation of site-specific design changes
  • Support safe, on-time, and on-budget contract delivery
  • Ensuring project milestones are being met


Qualifications/Experience : 

 

  • Proven success in coordinating multi-disciplinary design and procurement work
  • 4 years min Project management or project engineering experience from concept to handover
  • Background in engineering (mechanical, or civil) in large infrastructures
  • Understanding of major project complexity and interface management
  • Experience in pre-tender and tender stages of industrial equipment procurement
  • Proficiency in cost, risk, schedule, and change control
