Required Skills:


Strong organizational and administrative abilities  
Experience with data collection, processing, and presentation  
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)  
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills  
Attention to detail and high accuracy  
Ability to manage multiple priorities and demands effectively  
Discretion when handling sensitive information  
Proven initiative and proactive approach


Nice to Have Skills:  


Interest or experience in organizational learning theory or practice  
Background in project management  
Experience with IT testing, development, or implementation


Preferred Education and Experience:  


Previous experience supporting teams or projects  
Familiarity with data management and reporting tools  
Interest or background in organizational development or learning environments


Other Requirements:  


Based in Suffolk with flexible hybrid working options  
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment  
Long-term, full-time commitment
