The Civil Works Alliance are recruiting an On-Boarding Advisor! Are you ready to play a vital role in one of the UK's most exciting projects? We are seeking a dedicated Onboarding Advisor to join the SZC team, supporting the development of the Sizewell C nuclear power plant and related infrastructure. This role is crucial for ensuring that all personnel meet the compliance and suitability requirements necessary for site access.
Your Role:
As an Onboarding Advisor, you will:
Lead the efficient and effective onboarding process, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
Manage workforce data using the WIMS system to maintain compliance and monitor progress.
Assess and verify competencies in line with the SQEP procedures.
Facilitate pre-employment screenings, including medical and safety checks, and coordinate SZC inductions.
Ensure Drugs & Alcohol testing is completed for all new hires.
Work closely with People Partners, recruitment teams, and stakeholders to set up new starters and manage their IT access.
Uphold confidentiality and compliance at all levels.

What You Bring:
Essential:
Strong teamwork and independent working skills.
Excellent organizational abilities, multitasking and prioritization skills.
Proven administrative experience in an office environment.
Proficiency with Office 365.
Previous similar experience
Desirable:
Familiarity with the WIMS system.
Understanding of government-level security and compliance auditing.
Insight into competencies and qualification assessments.
