We're looking for a highly organised, detail-focused and proactive individual to join our SPS team supporting the Sizewell C Project. If you thrive in a fast-paced operational environment, enjoy working across multiple departments, and take pride in delivering accurate, audit-ready administration, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.


You'll work closely with senior leaders, operational teams and external stakeholders to support and deliver a robust, integrated compliance and administrative function across Engineering (Fleet), SHE and People teams. You'll ensure systems, records and reporting processes are professionally maintained, audit-ready and aligned with regulatory and contractual requirements.


Key Responsibilities

• Maintain administrative ownership of Fleet, SHE and People functions
• Oversee document control systems ensuring compliance and audit readiness
• Conduct routine internal compliance audits and escalate risks where appropriate
• Prepare and maintain monthly reporting templates and performance data
• Ensure GDPR compliance across all employee and operational documentation
• Manage shared inboxes, trackers and compliance workflows
• Raise and administer Purchase Orders and coordinate contractor bookings
• Manage regulated site vetting processes and chase required documentation
• Maintain electronic and physical vehicle files, mileage and defect records
• Support SHE administration including incident logs, KPI reporting and training records
• Promote a positive safety culture and professionally challenge unsafe behaviours
• Provide outstanding internal customer service and maintain strict confidentiality

Qualifications:

Essential:
• Strong systems knowledge 
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently, under pressure and to tight deadlines

Desirable:
• CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
• IOSH Managing Safely or Working Safely


Experience

Essential:
• Proven experience (3+ years) in a senior administrative or compliance-focused role
• Experience working across multiple functions

Desirable:
• Knowledge of transport sector compliance requirements
• Experience with regulated site vetting processes
