Quality Management Lead (Sizewell C)

Main Duties:


Ensure adherence to quality assurance and control (QA/QC) across all project stages.
Support the development and implementation of Project Quality Control Plans (PQCP), inspection, and surveillance activities.
Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for quality-related matters across the supply chain, acting as the 'Intelligent Customer' for quality management.
Monitor and audit supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contract quality requirements.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and inspection agencies, to ensure the delivery of Right First Time (RFT) products/services.
Conduct supplier audits, resolve non-conformances, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Oversee manufacturing and construction surveillance, ensuring all activities comply with design and technical specifications.
Produce quality documentation, including specifications, procedures, and reports.


Requirements:


Formal Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
Proven experience in quality management within large-scale projects (nuclear or similar sectors preferred).
Strong background in supplier audits, surveillance, and managing non-conformances.
Ability to implement and manage quality systems and processes in a complex supply chain.
Familiarity with Integrated Management Systems (IMS), Quality Assurance Plans (CQAP), and Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).
Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and provide clear guidance.
