Process Manager

Reporting to the Interface Management Lead, you will:


Develop, document, and implement effective Interface Management processes across the project.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align interface requirements across multiple programmes and functions.
Lead training and communication initiatives to embed best practice in interface coordination.
Maintain alignment with the Integrated Management System (IMS), Teamcenter, and Contract Baseline Library (CBL).
Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Support interface engineers with tools and systems for effective interface tracking and reporting.


Requirements:


Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Background in analytical/process development roles.
(Desirable) Previous experience in interface management on major infrastructure or engineering projects.
