Head of Data and IM
Location: Based in London/Bristol.
Contract: Permanent, full-time.
Salary: Competitive dependant on experience, plus benefits
Benefits include:
Annual Leave: 28 days per annum, increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service, plus bank holidays.
Bonus: 10% annual bonus.
Pension Contributions: Defined Contribution Pension Scheme with up to 7.5% employee contribution 15% employer contribution.

Sizewell C is entering an exciting phase of growth as we mature into an independent organisation and continue building one of the UK’s largest and most important energy projects.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Data & Information Management (IM) to lead the development and execution of the data and information strategy across the Sizewell C project lifecycle from construction through to operations.
This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring that data is governed, structured, secure, and leveraged effectively to drive performance, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and long-term asset value.
About You
• Proven leadership in enterprise Data & IM functions.
• Experience delivering data strategy in major infrastructure or capital projects.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data architecture, and information assurance.
• Experience implementing CDE / BIM / asset information systems.
• Familiarity with UK regulatory environments and secure information handling.
• Demonstrable ability to influence at executive and programme board level.
