EPR Fleet Collaboration Project Manager

Collaboration:


• Facilitate the sharing of data openly between the UK EPRs while upholding intellectual property protections and adhering to data governance policies.
• Identify efficiency-drive opportunities leveraging shared platform technology platforms and surplus Hinkley Point C assets to unlock broader fleet-level benefits.
• Support the development of the EPR Fleet legacy learning strategy to drive cost avoidance, schedule adherence, and enhanced safety and awareness.
• Support the management the HPC-SZC Collaboration Agreement on behalf of SZC, ensuring effective replication from HPC and collaboration across projects.


Performance & Compliance:


• Develop and run the HPC-SZC Collaboration KPIs, ensuring the Collaboration Agreement's contractual obligations are met.
• Maintain processes to ensure EPR Fleet Collaboration's operations align with Sizewell C's regulatory and operational requirements.


Stakeholder Engagement & Management:


• Build and manage effective relationships across both Hinkley Point C and Sizewell C.
• Act as a bridge between the UK EPRs, facilitating best practice sharing and organizational learning.
• Support the development and implementation of EPR Fleet Collaboration's internal and external communications plans.


Continuous Improvement & Best Practice:


• Identify and drive improvements to EPR Fleet Collaboration performance.
• Apply the principles of continuous improvement
• Drive lessons learnt and knowledge capturing


Qualifications:


• Degree qualified or equivalent relevant experience.
• Recognised Project Management qualification (APM PMQ, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP or equivalent) desirable. 
• Membership of a relevant professional body desirable.


Experience 


• Proven experience of delivering projects within a complex organisational environment.
• Experience of coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Experience of managing project schedules, risks, issues, actions and reporting.
• Experience of preparing governance materials and supporting senior management decision-making.
• Experience within the infrastructure, construction, engineering, energy or nuclear sector would be advantageous.
• Demonstrable track record of delivering outcomes through collaboration, influence and effective project management practices.
