• Strong commercial and operational understanding
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
• High levels of organisation, accuracy, and communication
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and best practice
• Full UK driving licence (role dependent)
• Regular travel to our Ipswich HQ


We are seeking experienced, driven, and professional individuals to join us in the following roles:


• Estimator (Earthworks, Civils and Demolition)
• Senior Estimator (Earthworks, Civils and Demolition)
• Senior Quantity Surveyor (Earthworks, Civils and Demolition)
• Quantity Surveyor (Earthworks, Civils and Demolition)
• Demolition Contracts Manager
• Document Controller / Compliance Manager
• Project Manager (Earthworks and Civils)
• Assistant Project Manager (Earthworks and Civils)
• Logistics Manager (Contracting)
• Bid Writer (Group)
