Workforce Administrator
The MEH Alliance - Altrad Babcock 
Hinkley Point C 


Role Purpose:     
1.    The Workforce Administrator will provide administrative support to the whole Workforce team.  

 

 

 

Accountabilities*:    
•    Full administration support for Workforce team, including scanning, printing and filing of necessary documentation.
•    Relevant ad hoc support e.g., reports, spreadsheets, minutes etc.
•    Assist the Workforce Co-Ordinators with the starting of new workforce operatives, including but not limited to, arranging meeting rooms, compiling the new starter information packs, collection and processing of completed paperwork on any new starters first day, distributing the collated information to the necessary departments.
•    Working closely with other departments within the HR function, with notifications of items such as operative new starters, leavers and role changes as guided by the Workforce team.
•    Maintain the Workforce team desk bookings.
•    Providing first point of contact support to ad-hoc operative enquiries and relaying this to the Workforce team.
•    Administrative support for any Workforce audits, both internal and external.
•    Arrange and support meetings on request by the Workforce team
•    Managing the email distribution lists controlled by the Workforce team.
•    Additional appropriate ad hoc duties as agreed with line manager
•    Assist with promoting a positive Nuclear Safety Culture

Minimum Qualifications/ Experience

(in line with MEH Onboarding Matrix)    
•    Recent, relevant experience in a similar fast paced environment
•    Experience of working in an administration team would be desirable
•    Experience of a Joint Venture would be desirable 
•    Intermediate MS Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
