What You'll Be Doing


• Delivering approved training materials clearly and effectively to a diverse audience
• Leading classroom-based and scenario-based sessions with a strong focus on fire watcher training, IOSH accredited programmes, industrial safety, and emergency preparedness
• Supporting workforce development in areas such as incident response, safety awareness, and safe working practices in high-hazard environments
• Contributing to team objectives alongside personal targets
• Managing training schedules and maintaining accurate completion records
• Working with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with project needs
• Driving SMART actions and following them through to successful delivery


We're looking for someone who:


• Brings a flexible, positive, can-do attitude and wants to make a difference
• Communicates clearly and adapts their style to suit different audiences
• Enjoys presenting, instructing and supporting others to develop
• Is organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Works well in a team and is solutions-focused
• Has basic IT skills (Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneNote)
• Has an understanding of, or an interest in, training delivery in fire watcher duties, safety, and emergency preparedness
