Training Administrator

Purpose of the role:


Providing a service covering areas of training & administration for the successful operation of the HPC project. Ensuring that adequate and effective support is available to the management team, along with adhering to HPC site compliance.  


Key responsibilities and specific accountabilities:

 

  • Weekly: site no show reports to Senior Office Manager, to monitor costs and attendance of courses. 
  • Capture of training qualifications
  • Scheduling and Booking: Engage with participants, line managers, suppliers, and the wider training team to effectively schedule and book training courses. Your goal will be to maximise resource utilisation, including training rooms and budgets.
  • Data Management: Administer training attendance records on relevant systems, ensuring data accuracy. You'll also produce monthly reports and manage certification distribution.
  • Digital Systems: Administer digital learning systems by adding training sessions, content, and users, as well as running reports to measure effectiveness.
  • Communication: Act as the point of contact for delegates, trainers, and suppliers by managing the Training inbox and incoming queries.
  • Evaluation and Feedback: Analyse participant feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of development activities.
  • Financial Administration: Process purchase orders, invoices, and credit notes, addressing any finance-related queries.

Additional Information:


All positions with Bylor are employed directly with either Laing O’Rourke or Bouygues Travaux Public and include competitive salaries, private medical insurance, company pension schemes and annual holiday allowance. Some grades will also include a company car allowance. 


Unless stated otherwise all positions are based at Hinkley Point C in Somerset.
Somerset boasts beautiful English countryside, an attractive coastline, interesting towns and villages along with easy access to the M5 and within proximity to the cities of Bristol and Exeter.
