Job Responsibilities:

•    Plan, coordinate, and deliver engaging training sessions aligned with business and compliance requirements 
•    Support the delivery of inductions, refresher training, safety training, and role specific familiarisation 
•    Maintain accurate and up to date training records, qualifications, and development profiles 
•    Ensure compliance with mandated client, site, and Wilson James training standards 
•    Work closely with onboarding, training, and Learning & Development teams to support competence and qualification requirements 
•    Create, update, and maintain training materials, reports, and documentation 
•    Manage and maintain the Wilson James training matrix and compulsory training records 
•    Produce training and development reports to support Personal Development Plans (PDPs) 
•    Build strong working relationships with site teams, managers, and the central Wilson James L&D function
•    Provide a professional and supportive training advisory service via phone, email, and face-to-face communication


Qualifications:

  • Level 3 Education & Learning or Delivering Training qualification


Experience:

  • Experience delivering training in a highly regulated, compliance-driven environment
  • Confident presentation and training delivery skills
  • Ability to work within a matrix organisation
  • Strong relationship-building skills, particularly in large or complex organisations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in record‑keeping and reporting 
  • Ability to present clear and meaningful training data to key stakeholders
