NG Bailey are proud to be involved in the Hinkley Point C project based in Bridgwater, Somerset.  This is the first in a new generation of nuclear power stations in Britain providing zero-carbon electricity for around six million homes. NG Bailey, the UK's leading independent engineering and services business, are a part of the MEH Alliance, a joint venture to deliver the mechanical, electrical and HVAC installation for the project.

 

As part of recent growth on this project, we are looking for Project Support Administrators to deliver Construction pre & post documentation and raise inspection requests to support the MEH Alliance programme.

 

Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:

  • Responsible for supporting the Building Lead and wider construction team.
  • Liaising with necessary SME's and client counterparts 
  • Ensure documents are kept up-to-date and reviewed in accordance with procedures.
  • Preparation of documentation to support construction activities
  • Coordination of information across different aspects of Construction preparation and installation to support with planning and integration
  • Preparation of records to support installation, reports and analysis
  • Populate database and system software in support of pre-post installation activities
  • Coordination of completion documentation and Inspection records.
  • Support continuous improvement programmes to improve process/procedures 
  • Directly report to the Building Lead or nominated deputy. 
  • Provide and demonstrate a positive HSE leadership, building a strong and compliant HS&E culture throughout the whole construction life cycle of the Project. 
  • Ensure compliance with all nuclear safety and site licence requirements
  • Review and feedback on suitability of level of resource to effectively run the support function

 

Qualifications:
What we're looking for:

  • HNC or Relevant working experience in a regulated industry
  • Experienced in construction technical documentation and processes 
  • Sound understanding of Project Management System Platforms 
  • Experience working on Major Construction projects and nuclear sites is advantageous
