As a Subcontract Manager, you'll collaborate within a small team of Subcontract Managers to provide essential support for managing tier 2 and other Framatome's subcontractors.


You will be working under the leadership of the Installation Subcontract Manager, ensuring the successful execution of Subcontractor's scopes of work.


You will be responsible for managing key scope areas (electrical installation, insulation, mechanical) overseeing contractual, commercial relationships. You will lead different contracts type (T&M, Lump sum) execution, including change management via variation process, event forms and other commercial/contractual topic and reporting.

 

Responsibilities 

 

  • The Subcontract manager responsible for the smooth execution of the subcontract
  • Collaborate with Work Package Managers for updates on delivery timelines.
  • Ensure regular follow up meeting according to Sub-contractor management procedures
  • Contact Subcontractors, manage variation, and ensure the timely submission of EWNs, and other notifications under the Contract
  • Identify and resolve any issue that may affect supplier's ability to meet their contractual obligation
  • Minimize company's liabilities by providing support and advice to site team in respect of contractual obligations, notices and remedies
  • Follow up of subcontract's cost, invoicing and financial status and Support/manage Applications for Payment
  • Management of Subcontractor's correspondence to ensure proper follow up of contractual matters
  • Establish and maintain registers for contractual matters (notification, correspondence, risk...)
  • Perform site visits to review and follow site progress
