Site Punch List, NOI & Records Administrator


Overall Target of the Position


The Site Punch List, NOI (Notification for Inspection) & Records Administrator is a key member of the Site Quality Organization in charge of implementing the Punch list, Notification for Inspection & Records Management processes on Site. 
He / She will liaise with all Project Stakeholders (Internal & External); Reliability, determination and resilience will be determinant to ensure smooth project execution.  


Tasks & Responsibilities


Punch List

 

  • Understand process flow and timing for Punch list timeframe with Sub-Contractor, Client, Certification Accreditation Body (CAB), in line with the planned delivery schedule.
  • Ensure that the MTA-Punch is installed and operational for the users who need to work with it; Deliver on-the-job coaching of the interface application as required.
  • Ensure proper administration of Punchlist activities (Recording, monitoring, closeout) and prepare monitoring metrics. 
  • Support the Site Quality & Construction Teams in monitoring the Punch list close out in a timely manner.
  • Check readiness of Punchlist Documentation, if needed. 
  • If required, Coordinate for Punchlist walk-down at various stages of the Project. 
  • Populate Punch list identified during walk-down. 


Notification for Inspection (NOI)

 

  • Understand process flow and timing for notifying an inspection timeframe with Sub-Contractor, Client, Certification Accreditation Body (CAB), in line with the planned delivery schedule.
  • Coordinate site inspection workflow from Contractor to Client and Certification Accreditation Body (CAB), verifies the accuracy, and reconciles the completion status of the inspection performed for the monitoring metrics.
  • Administers the Site notifications; Electronically as required by Client and GE requirements (SONIMS & MTA-ITTS).
  • Ensure that the MTA-ITTS, and the Client interface application (SONIMS) are installed and operational for the users who need to work with it; Deliver on-the-job coaching of the interface application as required.
  • Support the Site Quality & Construction Teams in coordinating all aspects of the project Notification for Inspections and ensure the Surveillance Program is achieved.
  • Prepare Reporting metrics.
  • required, Coordinate for Punchlist walk-down at various stages of the Project. 


Records

 

  • Monitor records issuance and digitization along with Inspection progress, including as-installed mark-up drawings.
  • Pre-Check Site Works Conformance Files (SWCF) for completeness.
  • Ensure the distribution and archiving of SWCF.


Additionally, Contribute to the preparation and compilation of reports, statistics and presentations ensuring company metrics and reporting requirements are met. 
Anticipate and resolve information processing and handling problems proactively to avoid disruptions.


Qualifications

 

  • A good level of secondary education 
  • Experience and knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office suite


Professional Experience 

 

  • Experience in working in multicultural construction site for managing punch list/notification for inspection; Well versed with Construction language


Aptitudes

 

  • Proficient in English; Any other languages
  • Act with unyielded integrity
  • Adhere to Arabelle Solutions values

  • Have good communication skills
