Opportunity for a Scheduling Co-ordinator working with Wilson James on the Hinkley Point C project,


Salary: Circa £28k


You will be coordinating all vehicle and material movement up to building access areas, including controlling unloading activities. You will be a quick learner as in this role you will be required to use a bespoke delivery management system as well as utilise various vehicle and material management trackers to create forecasts and daily coordination plans supporting our client and other departments. This will be a very busy role with conflicting priorities, and we are looking for someone who wants to join us who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work across a diverse set of businesses. You will be part of a great team, who are supportive and friendly.


Qualifications/Experience : 

 

  • CITB Operative H&S test (must be completed before the start date)
  • Previous experience using Delivery Management Systems
  • Working within a construction site
  • Radio communication confidence
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Good IT skills and understanding of booking software.
  • Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly under pressure.
  • Able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work with other internal processes and systems.
