What you'll do
- Collect and interpret safety, health, environment, and quality data for reporting purposes and to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions based on data analysis and audit findings.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of safety, health, environment, and quality management.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to safety, health, and environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Ensure all aspects of the current process for Turnbull training administration are captured and collected, to influence decision making for a new training administration process.
- Populate the Learning Management System with full existing training records for Turnbull team members, whilst ensuring any new training is also captured.
- Review and manage the training administration process, instigating improvements where required and monitoring trends.
What you'll need
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, or statistical analysis.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage tight and often conflicting deadlines.
- Proficient in all Microsoft packages - Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and power point.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present data and insights to stakeholders.
- Ability to deal with large data sets and provide analysis for reporting.
