Resourcing Coordinator

To coordinate the Operational Resourcing requirements for both white and blue collar workforce.  Assisting the Resourcing Advisor with delivering the Works Task Order and Service Task Order in a timely and efficient manner.


Accountabilities:
• Responsible for coordinating the onsite recruitment requirements to ensure timescales are met.
• Assisting the Resourcing Advisor with feedback for onward communications to the Strategic Resource Team as required.
• Coordinating with the MEH Onboarding and Deployment teams to ensure that incoming workforce/resource is appropriately selected.
• Collaboratively working with the delivery partners to ensure that the onsite requirements are met.c


Key Deliverables:
• Achieving on time/on schedule recruitment demand.
• Collaborating with the MEH Onboarding and Deployment Teams to ensure a smooth resourcing process from identification of a role to the appropriate resource commencing on the project.
• Assisting the Resourcing Advisor with providing regular feedback to the Strategic Resource Team on progress, highlighting any concerns regarding recruitment blockers (lack of required skills in market, reduced known resource against plan)


Qualifications:
• Competency Based Interview
• CCNSG / HS&E Operatives


Experience:
• NVQ Level 3 or relevant experience
