  1. Review incoming and outgoing documents for compliance to requirements.
  2. Manage distribution of both electronic and hard copy documents. End to End configuration control.
  3. Prepare data reports when required on document status for LTQR Manager.
  4. Assist production of LTQR handover packs
  5. Assist Area Quality Leads to ensure appropriate LTQR's are submitted for work packages as required by contract.
  6. Review LTQR's for accuracy and adequacy of content to allow the compilation of lifetime records to support End of Erection Status Reports.

 

Qualifications:

  • Qualifications in an Engineering/or Computer discipline, ONC / HNC / HND (or equivalent experience).  
  • Excellent IT skills and experience in applying electronic document management systems (EDMS) and associated metadata schemas.

 

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience on EDMS automation systems and control of LTQR records.
  • Major Project Experience,  
  • Nuclear Experience beneficial 
  • Working in Alliance agreement projects
