RCC-M Cleaning Lead

As an RCC-M Cleaning Lead, you will:
Carry out control service duties at the HPC site, ensuring services are delivered safely, effectively, and in compliance with industry regulations
Establish, lead and continuously refine a cleaning service that meets RCC-M nuclear cleanliness standards, including the development of quality, compliance, and operational documentation
Be responsible for the overall management of all specialist cleaning functions in accepted areas, ensuring readiness for nuclear operations
Conduct regular inspections on the operation to determine any unusual, recurring or emerging work requirements
Develop and maintain key documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures, Risk Assessments and Method Statements
Lead, develop, and support operational teams to deliver consistently high levels of hygiene and compliance
Work with the Client and Wilson James' workstream leads to ensure the collaborative strategy is followed
Support, participate and deliver resourcing, recruiting, and training plans
Monitor, analyse and provide data for management reporting
Authorise and approve planned procurement
Awareness of HR / IR compliance and resolutions within your team
Capable of carrying out HR processes and procedures
Identify best for project operational innovation
Ensure compliance with HSE standards
Ensure your reports are carrying out their duties effectively
Requirements:
CITB HSE Test (Manager & Professional Standard) - Must be completed before starting with us
Lead with integrity and inclusivity, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across multiple teams
Manage fast moving and diverse operational environments
Produce clear, concise plans, documents and presentations
Demonstrate strategic and operational stakeholder management
Demonstrate a flexible mindset capable of dealing effectively with a fluid and changing environment and competing priorities from multiple customers
Demonstrate excellent verbal communication, IT and written skills
Benefits:
Work-Life Balance: 9-day fortnight pattern (Mon-Fri one week, Mon-Thu the next)
Starting salary: From £75,000 per annum, plus a guaranteed monthly bonus (8.5%) for HPC-based roles
Travel & Lodge Allowance starting from £2,500 gross per month (if you live further than 35 miles from Bridgwater, subject to audit)
Car Allowance
25 days' annual leave + bank holidays
