TCi Construction WORKS is a commercial new-build, fit-out, and refurbishment contractor operating across the South of England, with extensive experience in specialist industrial environments.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Practitioner to join our team, working on a key local project in Bridgwater for a well-respected client.

 
Roles & Responsibilities:


•    Quality Planning – Designing systems to deliver reliable outputs, such as developing and implementing Quality Management Plans.
•    Quality Assurance – Providing confidence to stakeholders that quality standards are upheld, for example through audits and compliance checks.
•    Quality Control – Verifying that products or services meet agreed specifications via inspections and testing.
•    Continuous Improvement – Preventing recurrence of quality issues by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
•    Design, implement, and monitor quality systems to ensure consistent adherence to standards and best practices
•    Conduct sample testing and inspections to confirm product or service compliance with specifications.
•    Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
•    Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and data analysis to support decision-making and compliance.
•    Identify and drive improvements in processes, systems, and outcomes to enhance overall quality performance
•    Work closely with engineering, construction, operations, and customer teams to resolve quality concerns and promote a culture of quality
•    Apply relevant quality management systems and standards, such as ISO 9001, to ensure compliance and excellence
•    Analyse data to detect trends and patterns and troubleshoot complex quality issues effectively.
•    Convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and foster engagement in quality initiatives
•    Ensure precision and accuracy in all quality-related activities and documentation.


Requirements:


•    Strong understanding of quality management principles and standards, particularly ISO 9001.
•    Ability to collect, interpret, and leverage data to inform quality decisions and improvements.
•    Capable of engaging stakeholders and motivating teams to adopt and maintain high-quality practices
•    Skilled in identifying, analysing, and resolving quality-related challenges efficiently and sustainably.
•    Ability to pass Drugs & Alcohol (D&A) testing and BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) vetting
•    Eligibility to live and work in the UK
