Purpose of the role:


To support the Quality Manager in establishing and overseeing the implementation of the quality management arrangements, measuring its effectiveness, and supporting the improvement projects required to optimise effective quality arrangements. 


Key responsibilities and specific accountabilities:


•    Implement, cascade, train, brief Bylor teams & its Suppliers on Project Requirements and Bylor Quality Management System, i.e.  plans, procedures, guides, templates. Develop training materials as required.
•    Provide guidance, review, comment on the preparation of deliverables such as Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans, Quality Records, Records Templates and other quality execution and quality records.
•    Ensure non-conformances in products and processes are properly managed, cause is properly identified, correction and corrective actions are properly defined and implemented.
•    Review and approve Quality records as part of the Life-Time Quality records for approval of the Client - Ensure that records show traceability of the works.
•    Track and support the Handover process as rooms and buildings near completion, in particular in relation to records and outstanding works. 
•    Monitor quality outputs/KPIs and support the team to progress works through continuous improvement.
•    Intervene when the quality of works is at risk or has been affected and escalate to senior management level as appropriate to ensure proper resolution.
•    Identify improvements, define related actions, and then follow up their implementation.
•    Promote the various management policies, objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).


Key Skills & Competencies 


•    An ability to communicate at all levels is essential as you will be presenting on quality matters to project teams, suppliers and Client organisations.
•    A high level of organisation and the ability to follow processes and multi-task is essential as you will have the responsibility for planning and completing many tasks simultaneously.
