Opportunity for a Quality Administrator working with Arabelle Solutions on the Hinkley Point C Project,


Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Punch List Management: Help track and update tasks that need to be completed on-site. You'll support the team in making sure everything is checked and closed out efficiently.
  • Notification for Inspection (NOI): Assist with the scheduling and coordination of inspections, ensuring that everything is documented properly.
  • Records Administration: Help manage project documents and keep everything organised and up to date, both digitally and on paper.


What You'll Need:

 

  • Strong computer skills essential, especially using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
  • Reliability and determination to see tasks through to completion.


Nice to Have (But Not Essential):

 

  • Experience using an Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) or a similar system.
  • Background in quality administration in a construction or engineering environment.


Requirements:

 

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • The role is fully site-based at Hinkley Point C.

You'll help manage the Punch List (a list of tasks that need to be completed on-site), Notification for Inspection (NOI), and Records Management. No prior experience is needed as we will teach you everything you need to know!
This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who can stay on top of the details each morning, chasing updates and making sure everything is accurate and up to date. The position is fully site-based at HPC.
