All candidates are expected to demonstrate their knowledge and experience where possible directly related to the criteria required for the role. It is acknowledged that previous Nuclear based experience will not always be possible, as such supporting with project research and how individual skills may be transferable will be important.

Summary of Role    

 

The Dalkia Project Support will establish and maintain all aspects of an construction project and form the project office. They will support the Project delivery, and site team. 


You will be supporting the AB2 Project Team through an exciting time of growth from project inception to completion, requiring an ability to establish your professional and functional credibility and to build strong working relationships This is a full-time opportunity will be based on Hinkley Point C. 


Key Deliverables:     


•    Provide effective day-to-day administrative support to the Project Lead, Operations Manager, and wider delivery team, ensuring smooth business and office operations.
•    Successfully establish and maintain the site office setup, coordinating with the Project Manager, IT, and Dalkia and HPC support services to ensure full operational readiness.
•    Act as a professional point of contact with Dalkia clients and sub-contractor representatives, supporting clear communication and administrative coordination.
•    Maintain an accurate attendance register for all Dalkia staff and ensure timely weekly submission in line with internal reporting requirements.
•    Support project teams with document scanning and management, including (but not limited to) goods received notes, daily briefings, and permit documentation.
•    Coordinate Senior Management team meetings and diaries, ensuring effective scheduling, preparation of meeting materials, and follow-up where required.
•    Provide consistent, high-quality administrative support to Senior Management, contributing to efficient decision-making and project delivery.


Essential Qualifications     


•    Good general level of education 
•    2+ years of office or site administration experience in a fast-paced organisation 
•    Competent on Microsoft office programs.
•    HSE Operative Test or CCNSG safety passport 
•    Previous Work experience in Construction site environment 
•    Experience should include a focus on efficient administration and organisation of documents and general office administration


Desirable qualifications and Experience:     


•    Business Administration qualification at level 3 or above desirable
•    Good general level of education i.e. GCSE x 5 particularly English and Maths at C/5 and above. 
•    Ability to build professional working relationships with Project team members, sub-contractors, and clients
•    Previous Hinkley Point C Site experience and knowledge of site requirements and Site specific systems and software
