Opportunity for a Project Service Coordinator working with Bilfinger on the Hinkley Point C Project,

 
Main Responsibilities

 

  • Manage external suppliers and facilities providers to ensure purchasing and ordering is competitive and delivered in accordance to the Bilfinger procurement process. 
  • Provide general cover for reception to meet and greet guests and clients to ensure they are welcomed and directed to their meeting, in line with building security and H&S procedures.
  • Provide as part of a team, basic level document control management, including maintaining archive services using pro-arch to ensure all records and file are managed in accordance to Bilfinger Quality Management systems;
  • Manage weekly time-writers for site based white & blue collar workers to payroll and commercial, within the defined timescales and requirements. Including the final sign off on timesheet audits.
  • Ensure general services such as stationery and office related items are available, replenished and ordered when required and that purchase orders, goods receipted are matched with relevant invoices and processed in line with the purchasing process.
  • Proactively work with the Project, Commercial and Support teams providing positive input and support with ongoing project activities and ad hoc requirements.
  • Identifies and recommends opportunities to enhance team working approaches to ensure continuous improvement and efficiencies are achieved.
  • Undertakes any other tasks/ activities as required by the HR/ IR Lead.
  • Competitive purchasing and ordering in line with Bilfinger procurement processes.
  • Effective management of external suppliers and facilities providers.
  • Guests and clients are welcomed and directed appropriately, ensuring compliance with building security and health & safety procedures.
  • Maintenance of archive services using Pro-Arch, ensuring records and files are managed according to Bilfinger Quality Management systems.
  • Accurate and timely management of weekly time-writers for site-based workers.
  • Final sign-off on timesheet audits within defined timescales.
  • Availability and replenishment of stationery and office-related items.

Qualifications/Experience : 

 

  • Previous Administration required 
  • Previous Nuclear experience required but not essential
