Leadership and Coordination: 

•    Deputise for the Head of MEH Project Office as required, relating to programme oversight, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and coordination. 
•    Support the leadership and daily management of the MEH Project Office, ensuring consistent ways of working and effective integration across the programme.


Stakeholder & Executive Engagement:

•    Provide high-quality stakeholder management support, including preparation of Board papers, executive presentations, briefing materials, for senior leaders and shareholders. 
•    Plan, coordinate and support executive visits, programme reviews, and senior-level engagements.


Programme Management & Governance 

•    Maintain & keep up to date the MEH PgDD 
•    Ensure effective compliance with governance processes, programme controls, and assurance requirements across the MEH Programme 
•    Drive the successful implementation of the MEH's Digital systems 
•    Oversee MEH's compliance with overarching company requirements 
•    Undertake MEH compliance activities


Key Deliverables:

•    Maintaining & Updating the MEH PgDD 
•    Inputs to Board Papers and executive presentations 
•    Pulse report updates 
•    Improvement plans & action trackers


Qualifications 

•    HNC or relevant experience.  
•    Project management qualification (e.g. APMP, CMI, Prince 1/2) 
•    CCNSG safety Passport / HS&E MAPS
