Main duties:


Contract Management, ensuring we deliver agreements based on the terms and billing appropriately  
Full end to end project delivery, delivering in line with the 'project process' ensuring quality and risk management 
Proactive communication to SLT about project delivery and any hiccups  
Negotiating project costs and purchasing smartly to avoid excess cost  
Ensure each project has all necessary engineering documentation produced to a high standard and peer reviewed before execution.  
Ensure positive proactive relationships are maintained and cultivated with clients. 
Support with tendering activities, internally and externally in a timely and efficient manner. 
Effectively manage client relationships and cultivate new agreements and partnerships


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree or sea-going/marine qualification 
Demonstrable experience in full delivery of multi-modal projects (land and marine)  
Detailed understanding heavy lift operations  
Understanding of core project management principles  
Proficient in ISO and industry quality standards. 
Technical ability to imagine and create solutions  
Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft office packages  
Self-Motivated and self-managed, with the ability to work autonomously 
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal  
Quality and detail focused  
Able to solve ad-hoc problems rapidly
