The Role

Are you an organised and proactive Project Administrator looking to make a real impact in a busy site environment? We're looking for someone to join our team and provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This role will be based on site 4 days a week with 1 day working remotely.


Responsibilities

As a key member of the site team, you'll play a central role in supporting staff, visitors, and contractors. You'll manage onboarding, coordinate essential processes and keep things running efficiently behind the scenes.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing onboarding for new starters, including system vetting, induction booking,  locker allocation, and equipment ordering
  • Overseeing visitor management, including site bookings, PPE issue, and access arrangements
  • Handling timesheets, holiday requests, and reporting
  • Providing general administrative support, including document formatting and non-technical review
  • Managing PPE stock, office supplies, and deliveries
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings (on-site and off-site)
  • Acting as a point of contact for facilities, IT, and procurement queries
  • Supporting project communications and internal audits


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

We're looking for someone with a professional and approachable manner, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage a varied workload in a dynamic environment.

  • Confident, polite telephone manner and ability to record accurate messages
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
