Procurement Manager

As a Procurement Manager you will be leading and contributing towards the day-to-day procurement activities of the site operation, expediting purchase orders, negotiating with suppliers and distributors. You will play a key role in developing effective procurement strategy and ensure that you manage supplier's performance and multiple KPI's. You will have strong communication skills and a natural ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
o A good standard of education in Maths, English and IT.
o CITB HSE Test (Manager & Professional standard).
o Extensive experience in a procurement or supply chain role.
o Prior experience of working within a busy office environment and under pressure.
o Ability to manage own time effectively, prioritising tasks when required, multitasking and meeting deadlines.
o Excellent IT skills with a working knowledge of all MS Office packages.
o Strong written and verbal communications.
o Ability to interact comfortably with blue and white collar.
o Excellent negotiation skills.
