Rate: £27.12/hr

OT1: £37.97/hr
OT2: £48.82/hr
Bonus Potential (10%): £2.72/hr
Lodge Allowance: £48.16 per day
Periodic Travel: Return Rail Fare & Travel Time


The main scope of work will be the assembly and erection of the stainless steel pools and containment liner in carbon steel for the EPR nuclear reactors.


Suitable candidates must be able to evidence:

 

  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • CCNSG Safety Passport


And one of the following:

 

  • Level 3 Apprenticeship: Plate Welder Standard (ST0852)
  • Level 3 Apprenticeship: Metal Fabricator Standard (ST0607)
  • Diploma in Fabricating Engineering Construction Steel Structures - Plating
  • Diploma in Installing Engineering Construction Plant and Systems - Plating
  • ECITB Diploma in Fabricating Engineering Steel Structures SCQF Level 7
  • ECITB Skills Test Alternative / Skills Test Number: TPL08
  • ACE Card
  • City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Engineering - Fabrication and Welding
  • City & Guilds Part 3 in Welding Engineering Craft Studies Certificate
  • NVQ / SVQ Level 3 Diploma in Fabrication and Welding (Plate Worker)
  • NVQ / SVQ Level 3 Diploma in Fabricating Steel Structures (Plating)
  • ABC Stage 3 Welding & Fabrication Practice
  • Level 3 Diploma in Marine Engineering (Structural Steelwork)
