Job Responsibilities
• Managing daily payroll activity using Kronos Time and Attendance systems.
• Acting as the focal point for onsite payroll queries for blue collar personnel up to Superintendent level.
• Maintaining and updating payroll trackers, including new starters, leavers, and grade changes.
• Collecting, logging, and distributing payroll forms to payroll coordinators.
• Supporting payroll coordinators with generating payroll reports and accuracy metrics.
Qualifications
• Good standard of general education.
Experience
• Recent experience working in a fast paced administrative environment.
• Demonstrated experience in administration, ideally within payroll.
• Ability to manage high volumes of information with strong organisational skills.
• Confident communicator, able to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
