As an Industrial Paint Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all coating and painting activities across critical structures on-site. You'll ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest industry standards.
Qualifications:
• Relevant certifications (e.g.,CCNSG, ICATS, Train The Painter, IOSH ICorr, NACE, CSCS Supervisor Card) preferred
Experience:
• Proven experience as an Industrial Paint Supervisor on major construction or energy projects
• Strong knowledge of protective coatings, surface preparation, and QA/QC inspections
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Safety-focused mindset with a commitment to high-quality workmanship
