Onboarding and Training Coordinator

The Onboarding and Training coordinator will support the multifunctional administrative needs for the Construction Manager on the HPC project as well as work with the HR team to ensure timely onboarding & training of staff at HPC.


Duties include:


Site support:


 Input data into Client systems (WIMS etc)
 Reviewing CV's & Qualifications
 Update role changes onto WIMS as required.
 Security and access management.
 Visitor Management (VMS)
 Management of locker requests of new starters.
 Ensure onboarding & training trackers are kept up to date.
 Liaising with training providers & sourcing new providers.
 Sourcing new & existing courses.
 Create Purchase Requisitions (PR'S) and Purchase Orders (PO's) for support activities on site and ensure they have been processed.
 Support Client audits.
 Organise room bookings and attending interviews to provide note taking duties.
 Writing up and providing interview notes to HR.
 Carry out other administrative duties on request.
 In addition to your normal duties, you may occasionally be required to undertake additional work necessary to meet the needs of the business, without additional remuneration.


HR:


 Manage the onboarding of new HPC personnel in line with the latest NNB skills matrix.
 Manage the onboarding process for all new starters and subcontractors on site.
 Ensure all HR records are recorded in the Management System as defined in the system.
 Manage the organisation of training for employees as defined in their personal development plan and in line with HPC or any business site requirements.
 Assistance with the management of Medicals & Health Surveillance for HPC personnel


Requirements:


Required Attributes:


 A Level (or equivalent) in English and Maths
 HNC Business Administration (desirable)
 Experience in dealing with confidential records is required
 Experience working on a construction site
 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software
