Onboarding Administrator
Wilson James
Salary: £28,000.00
Permanent
40 hours per week, including some early and late starts and finishes and weekend work on monthly rotation.

Responsibilities
• Provide support and co-ordinate training and onboarding as required.
• Compiling and reporting of reports and plans.
• Work with the on-boarding and training team to support compliance for Competence and Qualification requirements.
• Supporting with the onboarding of the new starts and BPSS packs.
• Maintain WIMS system, to ensure employee profiles are up to date.
• Creation and updating of Learning and Development reports and materials as needed.
• Compliance and reporting of compulsory training, maintain the Wilson James training matrix.
• To produce relevant training and development reports, in support of Personal Development Plans (PDPs).
• Requesting purchase orders for required training and support materials.
• Forward planning with providers to ensure they are aware of requirements.
• Maintain strong working relationships with Wilson James L&D Team and central WJ L&D initiatives.
• To provide first class training advisory service via telephone, e-mail and face-to-face communication in a sensitive manner and provide a response within policy guidelines/limitation.
Qualifications
- CITB Operative H&S test (must be complete before start date)
Experience
- Previous experience of having coordinated onboarding or training
- Experience of working within large organisations with the skill to build and develop robust relationships internally and externally
- Good working knowledge of IT and Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)
- Presentation and training delivery skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Can do attitude and willingness to learn
- Presentation and workshop-leading abilities
- Providing clear training data to key stakeholders
- Construction experience
