Main Duties:


Support and coordinate WJ administration processes.
Control of WJ office supplies and inventory of office assets.
Assist in organising the senior management documents and presentation. 
Maintaining and supervising the WJ and client logistics SharePoint structure.
Assist managers in research and information gathering.
Assist with the weekly update of operational slide packs and other routine data capture.


Requirements:


CITB HSE Operative Test (must be obtained before start date).

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Packages (office, excel, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated, flexible ad able to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience working within large scale project will be an added advantage.


Benefits:


Salary starting from £29,000 per annum (DOE), plus a guaranteed monthly bonus of 8.65% while working on the HPC project.
Shift pattern of 9-day fortnight (Monday - Friday on week one, then Monday - Thursday on week two).
Annual leave of 25 days + Bank holidays.
