Job Title: Office Administrator (Timekeeping)
Location: Hinkley Point C
Duration: Full Time, Permanent
We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join us on the MEH Alliance, working on the Hinkley Point C construction project. The main purpose of the role will be to Record, Monitor and Allocate workforce hours.
This is full time permanent position based onsite at Hinkley Point C.
Responsibilities:
- Support the use of the ProCon system which is utilised for capturing the construction progress from the on-site construction activities.
- Liaise with Site Supervision and Area Leads to ensure allocation sheets all submitted in a timely manner to be checked over and then uploaded into the system.
- Accurately load the system with Task order information.
- Reconcile/Load Task order Compensation events etc. into ProCon.
- Ensuring construction teams provide progress data in a timely manner.
- Provide and demonstrate a positive commitment to Right first-time reporting.
Requirements:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of programmes.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.
- Excellent written and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
